ph32 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents upon request, including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, UMID, SSS card, GSIS card, or Philippine passport. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

All financial transactions at ph32 — including deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus credits — are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ph32 does not charge currency conversion fees, and no conversion is required as the Platform operates exclusively in PHP.
ph32 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment method availability may change without prior notice. ph32 accepts no liability for any delays, failures, or errors arising from third-party payment processing systems.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on your verification status, payment method, and VIP tier. ph32 reserves the right to apply additional limits at any time for security or compliance reasons.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. ph32 aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within 1–4 hours for bank transfer methods. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required. ph32 does not charge withdrawal fees, but third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
By making a deposit at ph32, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are your own legitimate funds and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent source. ph32 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by ph32 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. VIP tier assignment is based on rolling 30-day betting activity and is subject to change as activity levels change. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph32 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the Platform or its contents, to download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party, or to use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Platform.
The ph32 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of ph32. Unauthorized use of any ph32 trademark, logo, or other intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph32 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph32 Platform, even if ph32 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ph32's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ph32 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph32 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph32 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
ph32 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; account inactivity; or for any other reason that ph32, in its sole discretion, determines warrants termination.
Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, ph32 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including real-money funds and bonus credits, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not the result of a breach, ph32 will return any verified real-money balance to you via the payment method on file, subject to AML verification procedures.
You may also close your ph32 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled prior to account closure if a bonus has been claimed and not yet completed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and ph32 regarding any transaction, game outcome, or account matter, you should first contact ph32 support to seek an informal resolution. ph32 will acknowledge all formal disputes within five (5) business days and will aim to provide a resolution within thirty (30) business days of receipt of all relevant information.
ph32's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding, subject only to any right of appeal you may have under applicable Philippine law. The outcome of individual games, as determined by the certified RNG system, is not subject to dispute on the basis of perceived unfairness of random outcomes.
ph32 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, ph32 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, ph32 may also notify registered players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the ph32 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting ph32 support.
